Tactical Assessment Tools for Effects-based Assessment (TATE)

Securboration is at the forefront of tactical and operational-level EBA. Our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) participated in the Air Force Assessment Task Force (AFATF) and shaped doctrine for assessment in the context of EBO. Securboration, working closely with cognitive scientist Dr. Chris Hale from Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), prototyped the “Tactical Assessment Tools for EBA” (TATE), an innovative approach that combines assessment tools, universal net-centric data access, and structured, formalized processes. To implement this approach the Securboration Team 1) defined and formalized processes for effective tactical EBA, 2) defined requirements for analyst-aiding tools to support these formalized processes, and 3) designed a net-centric Community of Exchange (CoEx) for EBA that seamlessly provides analyst tools with data from distributed heterogeneous data sources within the context of formalized tactical EBA processes.
