Lee S. Krause

Principal and Founder Strategic Business Development

Mr. Krause has more than 25 years of software engineering experience within the DoD and Health Care domains. A serial entrepreneur, as a founder of Securboration and Securboration spin-off Audigence, Inc., Mr. Krause holds 10 patents associated with optimization of hearing devices. As President of Audigence, Mr. Krause oversaw all elements of Audigence’s founding including development of a highly specialized staff, marketing strategies and securing evolution of semantic technologies. At Securboration, Mr. Krause has been involved in all aspects of the company’s evolution from management to technical vision. Prior to founding Securboration, Mr. Krause held various software engineering roles with Harris Corporation, Northrop Grumman and Modus Operandi. His breadth of experience includes weapons system development, DoD Research and Management Consulting. Mr. Krause holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology

Lynn Lehman

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Lehman joined Securboration in 2002 and oversaw the company’s business operations prior to assuming his current role in 2009. Currently, Mr. Lehman oversees all business operations aspects for Securboration including finance and corporate governance. Mr. Lehman has over 30 years experience in high-technology that includes previous technical and senior management roles with Grumman Aerospace (now Northrop Grumman), JP Morgan and TekSystems. Prior to joining Securboration, Mr. Lehman directed efforts related to weapons system development including stores management, surveillance radar systems and space based command and control systems. After a shift to financial services, Mr. Lehman directed a multi-national team developing a trading and risk management platform to support JP Morgan’s global Foreign Exchange Trading business. At TekSystems Mr. Lehman led the firm’s entry into professional services in the Carolina’s region. Mr. Lehman holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Polytechnic Institute of NY and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.

Bruce McQueary

President

Mr. McQueary joined Securboration in 2003 and led the company’s highly successful research and development activities prior to assuming his current role in 2009. Mr. McQueary drives Securboration’s R&D efforts, and as such, establishes new areas and domains of concentration. Mr. McQueary has a twenty-five year career in high-technology that includes previous engineering positions with the Civil Service (DoD), Harris Corporation, Equifax Corporation, and Seismic Intelligence (SEISINT), which was purchased by LexisNexis. Throughout his career, Mr. McQueary has focused on the challenges the public and private sector face in performing content analysis to convert vast amounts of data into actionable information. At Securboration, Mr. McQueary has infused information extraction techniques with innovative semantic web technologies. The results have been applied to solve problems within domains, such as intelligence, that suffer from an abundance of unstructured data products and limited automation and resources with which to analyze them. Mr. McQueary holds a Masters Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University.

Anthony P. Stirtzinger

Principal and Founder

From Securboration’s founding, Mr. Stirtzinger was the firm’s Chief Technology Officer establishing the vision and approach for the evolution of Securboration’s technology. He is responsible for Securboration’s commitment to semantic technologies and many of the platforms upon which that technology is built. Since 2009, Mr. Stirtzinger has focused on transitioning Securboration’s research into real solutions within the public and private sector. Mr. Stirtzinger has a thirty-five-year career in software engineering and high-technology that includes previous engineering positions with Harris Corporation, GE Railway Systems and Seranin Corporation, a startup focused on development of Process Management solutions to support customer supply chain solutions. Mr. Stirtzinger’s technical expertise includes Machine Learning, Ontology Modeling, Text Analytics and Semantics based Technology Solutions. Mr. Stirtzinger holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Rollins College and holds multiple patents.
